Horse-Drawn Sleigh in Vaasa
John Eduard Moé and his daughters are transported in a horse-drawn sleigh in front of their homestead in Vaasa, Finland in the 1890s. Moé was a company manager and ship owner and his home was located along Vaasa Park (Vaasanpuistikko).
The driver and passengers are dressed warmly in furs against the winter cold while a face peeks through the window.
