The Wintery Streets of Hamina
A group of children and a dog gather on the snowy Pikkuympyräkatu (Small Ring Road) in Hamina, Finland. One child is on skis while another arrived on a kick sleigh. No cars to worry about on the streets in 1900, only fast moving horse-drawn sleighs.
At the heart of the town lies Hamina Town Hall, which is encircled by the Small Ring Road and the Large Ring Road.
