Eugen Hoffers' Photography Studio on Kluuvikatu, Helsinki

Eugen Hoffers’ photography studio was founded on Kluuvikatu 1 and 3 in Helsinki, Finland in the early 1860s. He later moved his photography studio to St. Petersburg in 1873. In the distance is Hartwall's kiosk on the Esplanade.

Eugen Hoffers was one of the most significant photographers in Finland during the late 1800s and several dozen of his photographs are preserved in the Helsinki City Museum Archives.
