Johan Florin and Daughters on Bicycles
Lääkintöneuvos (Doctor or Medical Adviser) Johan August Florin and his daughters Hjördis and Lisi Florin on bicycles in Tikkurila, Finland. Or tricycles, I suppose, given they have three tires.
Initially, bicycles were considered a luxury item and were primarily owned and used by the upper class and wealthy individuals. They were expensive and not readily accessible to the general population.
